Will the cap on immigration impact on your business operations?

24,100 workers from outside Europe will be allowed into the UK before April 2011. The limit will be imposed by limiting the number of certificates of sponsorship that licensed employers can issue and by capping the number of Tier 1 applicants.

The deadline to respond to the Migration Advisory Committee (MAC) is 7 September.
